Meh, I'm probably thinking of tungsten alloys and not tungsten carbide now that I think of it. Is tungsten carbide what people mean when they just say "carbide"? Because I have snapped the **** out of a number of carbide router bits and mills.

I think I'd probably really like a steel ring or maybe cast iron, especially something that would over time take on a patina. My wedding ring is gold and beat to hell, and people sometimes ask why I don't polish it or keep it looking new. I like having a ring that shows how long I've had it.

One of my buddies is a material science engineer & he'd be more likely to jerk it to the metallurgical talk than the tranny infested OP.

They don't even have AQ stats available for my city. It's pretty much always perfect ocean breezes and the nearest land that direction is 4500 miles away in Japan. Sucks when I go to a place like Riverside and wheeze like a donkey low on hay.

does anyone get suspicious when you see DYEL's doing the same lifts you do two a few minutes after you finish doing it?

not like bench obv, but things like db preacher curls, skull crushers super setted with cgbp.

Oh, I see. I only understood the sexual connotation and not the legitimate one, thus my confusion.

Listen to metal, work with metal, eventually die via heavy metal toxicity imo. It's the only way to live (also die).

Yeah people say carbide for W carbide. Alloys with tungsten are a little more wear edit:impact resistant. I still wouldn't make a ring out of it. A weight and/or murder weapon, definitely. What have you made out of W alloy?

Agreed, I would never polish my ring imo and especially not my watch. I also like that it looks worn/used/whatever. It adds character. I don't think people generally understand that polish = material removal too.

Remote Canadia had the best air imo. All those trees (no double entendre this time).

Most of us are the DYELs, this never happens

"things like db preacher curls, skull crushers super setted with cgbp" are not distinct enough from just general bro workouts imo. Pretty similar to what I used to do circa 10 years ago actually.

My brain is lol. I won +600 a bit ago so I purchased a bottle of Cardhu. Good single malt only about 40/bottle a good beginners scotch.

Win money but scotch. But I lost more than 2x that last night so... Lol me

The Cardhu is good tho

Gonna drink some while I catch up on this laker game and then some more when I play BioShock later

Petition to include "JonFon Scotch Consumption Log" to thread title.

I just bought a bottle of Laphroig Quarter Cask. Enjoying the smokey campfire taste.

Teach me how to like the islay malts. I love smokey foods and I love scotch but I just can't taste anything other than smoke in those malts.

I've tried em different ways but the smoke is so over powering

@ soulman q. I believe I've seen an mwod dealing with this exact issue. Think it had something to do with knees and toe angle.

If she sucks the stomach in, that narrows her core and that makes it weaker. You do want her to get the pelvis so its level (not forward or back), but sucking in the stomach is the wrong way to do it. Its better to push the stomach out a bit so that her abdomen can fill with air. Have her focus on squeezing the abs with a belly full of air, instead of focusing on tightening the back muscles. If she can keep the front tight, the back will be more neutral and it should take care of itself if she does it right. The front has to stay tight.
Thanks guys, good advice. Her abs are fairly weak so that's a likely culprit here as well. Any thoughts on having her wear a belt for something to brace against?
