Regarding weight loss: is it bad to have 1-2 days a week eating only 2% Greek yogurt (1kg+) and lots of veggies?

By why, though?

I've never watched Dexter or Chuck, but someone let me know if she gets naked since it's premium cable

Pretty low on protein, depending on the type and whether you even lift. Besides that, it's not bad in itself if you rephrase the question as "is it bad to have the occasional very low cal day when dieting?".

Stat nerd article. I feel like if I had the understanding he has I could be a profitable sports bettor so easily. I kinda know the basics...I should get back into that ****.

And yeah for the excel problem I think the most basic solution would be to create a "day of week" column and then if(dayofweek==tu) etc. I'm a noob though.

Context: Age 27, 6'1 195lb, really nasty injuries, no lifting, lots of cardio and ~1300 calories, low carb. After five weeks of this, I'm tired of chicken and canned tuna, and quality fish is too expensive for frequent consumption.

I guess I could eat lots of eggs, but doesn't cholesterol become a problem?

egg whites

why cals so low?

The more I really pay attention to what really jacked fellas do, the more I believe CR/Jason BLAGH-HA are right and Rip/Milesfatson are wrong. You can get crazy levels of jacked while still being laughably weak once drugs enter the equation. Today I witnessed a guy with arms that were near 18 inches and a huge chest load up 225lbs on flat bench and fail it on the 4th rep. Ridic chicken legs as I'm sure you'd have guessed. There's another big and fairly lean fella I see occasionally who's really jacked and to be fair he has a fairly balanced physique with good legs who struggles to stand up with 225lbs atg for a few reps.

That being said I'm sure these folks would be way more jacked if they actually focused on getting strong on top of the bro work but whatever.

I was taking a shower today and realized Miles hasn't been here in forever.

Everyone eat a McDouble in his honor
04-06-2013 , 08:15 PM
McDoubles are pretty good as far as dollar cheeseburgers are concerned. Wendy's dollar cheeseburgers are a ****ing abomination I'd rather eat egg whites and water.

i feel like wendy's has slipped in quality as of late. though i've only had it once in the past 3 months so maybe it was just a bad visit.

I end up eating there when I run out of groceries which is surprisingly a frequent occurrence. It's pretty aids. All the hambugers and all chewey and salty and gross. The chicken is not bad but not enjoyable. The chili is pretty good and also has very good macros like 40/27/33 p/f/c ratio. I only recently started eating the chili and I will probably never order anything else.

lots of the guys on gh15 are scared to death of their abs getting a little watery or if they "look flat", even while "bulking". They won't eat enough, take the deca & dbol, or sacrifice their hundreds of sets of isolation work to bother becoming strong.

boggles my mind. literally all you have to do is take the **** and get on any kind of reasonable progression and bam, strong. and bigger in the bargain.

but I would never stand on stage in my underwear painted brown so I don't get the mindset from any angle.

I don't really have any desire to get up on stage either, especially with all that tanning and posing BS. But with that said, I totally do understand the desire to have all your hard work dieting and training manifest itself in one peak moment, something to really strive for and motivate you. Some similarities with powerlifting here. Although the meet itself is a great time in the case of powerlifting, I can see it similar to bodybuilding where it gives you a date & set of goals to strive for.

regarding fish oil - been taking 8 pills a day. Each pill has 1000g of fish oil, and 300g of omega 3. So 8g total, 2.4g omega 3 a day. Things I read vary between sayung 2-3g of omega 3, and 2-3g of fish oil and taking 8g a day can have issues with hypotension/blood clotting, etc.

Anyone have links where I can see studies/definitive sources for how much omega3 and total fish oil i can safely take.

Yeah, Wendy's dollar menu is so much worse. Double stacks are better than McDoubles, but I think they're around two bucks now, not a value at all, and their dollar burgers are tiny and awful
