I have this exact same one I use it all the time. My power rack has one so now I have two places to do chins.

It's very safe it just uses leverage. The only downside is it wears out the walls a little bit. But I like it because you can just take it right down when you're done. I usually don't because all my donk friends like to have chin contests when they come over.

Does anybody in the UK know where I can buy Ephedrine? It seems to be about £5 a day from the major supplement websites, which is too much for me at the moment.

Also, are you meant to stay away from alcohol when on an EC stack?

Edit(again): They also contain Theophylline, this is good/bad/not relevant?

I've drank plenty while taking the EC stack. My EC stack is pretty mild because I'm only taking ephedrine sulphate so I don't know if it's different with HCL.

Honestly I think I would stay away from that stuff, due to the theohylline. It's easy to get too much of it in your system which can be pretty bad. It can even increase the toxicity of it just by eating food heavy in fat with it. Since you take the EC stack 2-3 times every day, this wouldn't be a very good idea.

It also has a lot of bad side effects. Kinda sucks because it has HCL and caffeine in it which is killing 2 birds with one stone.

I used this site DrQian as it was a nighmare trying to find places that would ship to the UK (big American/Canadian ones seemed to lump us in with SubSaharian Africa and Iraq the ****s).

Thank jimi, that's really helpful. It works out at £55 (including shipping) for almost four weeks supply, doesn't seem too expensive. Worth it, do you think? I'm gonna be dammmmmnnnnn sexy.

Does anyone else always order/make too much food?

Even when I wasn't on a diet I would always order too much food. You think I would learn how much I can eat and then adapt but nope, seems like things will never change.

I wonder if I'll ever be able to change this. That's officially my new goal right now. Order the correct amount of food from now on. GO!

Im currently playing with some senior flex irons or what they are called, got an old big bertha driver and a cheap hybrid from the flex iron set + a new hybrid.

jf,

I often cook a lot more food than I can eat at a time. It's pretty efficient if you store for later. Eg: chilli, and carne asada. Somewhat related, the book Mindless Eating is a pretty good read/listen (I heard the audiobook) even, and perhaps especially, for understanding things outside of eating.

I go to the store every day and pretty much only buy what I want to eat that day. It probably costs me slightly more, only things I buy in "bulk" are chicken breasts, carton of eggs, and pack of cheese. If there's food in my fridge I'm going to eat it, so doing things this way has allowed me to just not have any food in my place.

I think cookie mentioned he didn't have a way to video his swing. For clubs, if you're a 30HCP just get the biggest most forgiving sticks. Go test out a few and see which ones feel better, look better, etc... and pick those.

I was happy with my purchase i bought multiple months worth and a lot of caffeine too (which is much cheaper than i could buy in boots or somewhere).

It's really up to you though whether you need to buy any at all. It helps alot with extreme stuff like the RFL diet but you don't have to use it supposedly. Outside of a RFL diet i don't know if it would help a great deal, i know it has thermogenic properties but the effect of that isn't a massive gamechanger if i recall correctly. It owns for hunger suppression though but that wears off to after a couple of weeks i've read (i only used it for ~a wk before i had to stop for fear of it failing me in a drugs of abuse test). fml

I have a log and Soulman and AJ do too talking about using EC. I'm also going to be starting a RFL in a few days if you want more info. I'm no expert but if you've anymore questions give me a shout.
