I've mostly given up on the goal of pistol squats, don't think my body will ever get there. I'll try adding some hip mobility into my day since I'm realizing how bad it is, but for leg work I'll focus on stuff that will actually help maintain strength. I'll probably bias a little bit more to upper body until gyms reopen.

15x squats muscle wise easy but legs were jelly and I’ll be very sore for a while. Haven’t been squatting
