I've mostly given up on the goal of pistol squats, don't think my body will ever get there. I'll try adding some hip mobility into my day since I'm realizing how bad it is, but for leg work I'll focus on stuff that will actually help maintain strength. I'll probably bias a little bit more to upper body until gyms reopen.

Thanks! nah, I just got lucky and got a hold of a squat rack for the day. Really can’t wait for gyms to reopen back up again!

gyms still closed unfortunately but managed to get some adjustable dumbbells so lets try to rebuild some strength
