Yeah does seem to be progressing slowly, although yet to see if RPE8 progress will truly translate to 1RM in 4 weeks. I've been floating around 155 for the past 6 months or so, cut about 5 lbs last week before going into the big brother house.

2 years into lifting now I've ranged from 148 to 163, pretty small range I know for most lifters, but its pretty easy for me to maintain without paying too much attention to nutrition. I probably need to up my protein intake though.

Thinking of bulking up 10-20 pounds through the end of the year. Pretty happy with my leanness, don't really care about weight atm but could use some more total muscle.

Yeah, they had me on for the family and friends segment, along with 4 other moms

I think I'm def at the 135 OHP by now, but at my current progress I think I've got a couple years before those milestones. I thought I had 405 DL almost a year ago but still not sure if I'm going to hit it on week 12 of the strength template

Maybe working my way up to 180 with lot of hypertrophy can allow me to get some real strength gains
