Been eating a solid amount of quinoa due to being gifted like ten pounds of it. Definitely easy protein and fiber. Bought one of those smaller "single-serving" blenders too. Regular shake looks like:
12 oz milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
4 oz yogurt
30 g protein isolate

Me gusta.

Making progress on all the main lifts but weight's holding fast. Small fluctuations but that's the standard weight at this point coming off the scale.

Buying one of those knock-off nutribullets was one of my best choices ever. So many calories. So much flavor.

Seems like it should be easy for her to win, but I think neither of you reach 200 without some angle shooting. Not sure how seriously you're trying though. Are you on a program and getting 200+g protein a day, or just lifting whatever you feel like whenever you have time?

Waist size has shrunk. Weight has increased. Thighs aren't fitting so well in the jeans anymore though

Minimum 4 lifts per week. Diet isn't as optimal as I'd like but I hit at least 1.5g/kg protein a day

Current Weight:180ish?

Just before the semester let out (12/19) I was cresting 184-185 for a week solid. Probably wasn't real, but it slowly melted back down to 180 by 1/15. Lifting every day though, trying to eat as much as humanly possible. Supplementing with protein shakes, ice cream, etc.

Will re-weigh tomorrow post-poop and see what we're looking at

Lifting 6 days a week, added an extra meal during the day, don't forget to eat

I am eating seven eggs and a large protein shake right now. I should split this into two endeavors but whatever.
