All going reasonably well, just really time and energy consuming. She's super cute, and we're having a good time so far!

Not really been to the gym much at all but now work is done for the year, I'm considering thinking about it. Fat as ****, cutcutcut.

Don't get something like muscle milk which tastes great but only 50% of the protein is actually from whey iirc.

Been using the Gold Standard for years, but their Platinum Standard has enzymes!

I got the Muscle Milk when Costco was out of ON, it says 100% whey, but a mix of isolate and concentrate, with isolate listed first. I do prefer the taste though it doesn't dissolve as easily. Has enzymes but I only noticed when going back on the ON I was farting more. None of the, "this is making me absorb more protein"...stuff. But then it's not like I'm measuring the nitrogen content of my urine or anything.

And it's just possible less farting is reason enough!

Expecting to get into the 300/400/500 club during the dad leave, 14 weeks + prob 3 weeks vacation. Should be easy imo. Gyme has day care. Already looking forward to being tired of #winning, much like #1.
