They have gotten slammed with snow. Here is a brief run down in a 5 day period: in a 1.5 hour stretch they got 15" of snow, over 2 days they got a total of 40" of snow, and over 5 days they got a total of 76" of snow. They are calling for another 24" to come down within 2 days, which would bring the total to 100" over 7 days. During the 76" coming down there were numerous avalanches that caused the shutdown of Thompson Pass, which is the only road in/out of Valdez. They also had to shutdown air traffic due to the snow. Really glad I did not get affected by that storm (may have gotten 2").

Feel very sad for her. I remember watching an interview with a really popular male porn star that I stumbled upon by accident, Sean Michaels. He sounded depressed as **** too and strangely lonely/disconnected. They're in a tough industry that attracts people who already have a lot of issues to begin with. Lots of sex, money, and leisure time is often less important to psychological well being than some sort of "life purpose", close emotional ties with people, and a strong sense of identity. All 3 of these could be quite hard to form as a pornographic actor/actress.
