Not to be. Got the first to the knee, battled it for a bit but couldn't get it higher. Probably pays not to miss sets in training. Will review programming for the next cycle, probably need a bit more hamstring work.
Bodybuilding and beach for a few weeks, back to training hard jan 15th.
