Not to be. Got the first to the knee, battled it for a bit but couldn't get it higher. Probably pays not to miss sets in training. Will review programming for the next cycle, probably need a bit more hamstring work.

Bodybuilding and beach for a few weeks, back to training hard jan 15th.

WIM not really recovered from last week, so just did some work. Away at the beach next week so no new programing starting until we're back.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to it.

I don't know what the rest of you crackheads are on about, I'm somewhat sure I tripled 100kg early this year. Confirmed first week of February after maxing out.

30th December: LISS

Jogged 4.71km in 32:50.

The good: back did not seize up like the last few runs. The bad: my right knee wasnt a huge fan. I guess either my right leg needs to recover more strength, or my mechanics are ****ty. Probably both.

Went to the gym for 90 minutes of mobility and small muscle work. Focused on tight right quad and shoulder muscles. It was good.

All of the fails were a lack of desire to get under, so i knew it was there. Got 95kg to the shoulders twice but lost it forwards both times.
