they're pretty bad in a good way, body is feeling pretty fried. we ended up pulling off 4" blocks, much better than in the rack last time. glad i had straps, started out light and will progress.

DF for me as well. I use them primarily for upper back, so I don't see the point in doing them from the floor. Unless I'm not understanding correctly.

last week we pulled out of the rack but with the wide grip it got a bit close to a crushed finger. this week we elevated the plates on other plates.

yea I figured it was mostly for upper back. I'll prob try some out next DL day. Klokov does sg sldl.. good enough for me.

you can always calculate a 20RM, but to have the ****ing balls to get through the entire set is something else entirely. imo, this is more impressive than high 1RM. and after your work sets? jesus....

Everyone should give 20reppers a go imo, they teach you a lot about how much further the wall is than what you currently think. Definitely helps to have someone counting for you and yelling encouragement so you don't have to think about anything from rep 12 on.

Not getting better at snatch, but I am getting a little less cowardly
