Snatches were poor. My arms were tightening up and my first pull was all over the place. On the flip side cleans felt awesome, not perfect on the arms but much improved, bar path and pull under felt really good. Vids or gtfo tho

It's basically like the real life version of Tom and Jerry or Wiley Coyote: Jason will come tantalizingly close, but in the end will ALWAYS turn on people who treat him well, doubly so if they hold him accountable for anything.

My read right now: Johnny doesn't really care about JAson's results, but does legitimately feel bad for Jason and want to give him some charity that could likely always help him with his bodybuilding goals. He doesn't want Jason to get exploited by the tranny. Brad/Andrew aren't opposed to some tranny taking advantage of Jason, for whatever reason, and don't like that Johnny suggests Brad/Andrew are slightly exploitive of Jason. So now there's a power struggle over the sith lord, which of course Johnny will lose.

I am not a fan of this tranny situation. Seems like a high possibility for Jason to get exploited. Very weird that brad/Andrew were worried about Jonny fitness and not the tranny.

Jonny fitness is a supreme troll though. I watched that vid like 4 times in a row. "It's 2016 I'm entitled to date anyone I want, an alien, even an ape" omg

Yes, after that vid I hope JohnnyFitness is now his new pseudo-adoptive father rather than Gay couple Brad+Andrew and their support for the Jason+Tranny marriage.

I mean technically Jason started with The Rat Prick Crew and was with them for a long time before Prince Andrew and eventually the Delray Misfits came along, maybe JohnnyFitness will usher in a new era where the cast of characters in the Genovaverse is now completely divorced from The Delray Misfits.

I realized in my new snatch setup i was tightening my arms, so trying to fix that.

On squats I got way forward on rep 5 and had to rack it after a super grinder. Definitely had 6 if I didn't f that up.

Weight was 180.5 today

I didn't feel that strong today. Pretty happy I was able to come back and make my goal of 255x2 after missing 245.

Rep 4 this week was easier than 5 last week cuz form didn't break down but if I had gone for 5 it woulda been a super grinder or more likely a fail.

Don't think I've lost much or any strength since I did 300x5. Weighing 179-180 now as compared to 190 then

You can do an exercise where you start up on your tiptoes and jerk from there. You get no drive and have to learn how to push yourself down.

Do tons of rack jerks and post vids. Just make sure you do lots of upper body in general, you seem to like to skip it.

Pretty average session until the end. A guy gave me the cue to shove the bar into my neck on the clean. I only did one rep after that but it seemed to make a lot of difference.
