Cheat Meal yesterday, went hard with some BK around 3pm and I was really full all day. Couldn't even finish my fries in a sitting, snacked on them the rest of my poker session. As expected we were up almost 2lbs this morning, lol. I was quite dehydrated this morning too. First time in a while my pee was extremely yellow. Back on it today. 22 more days.

I'm logging this today because this may be the lowest I am for the challenge. Today is my birthday and my family is taking me out to eat tonight and my friends Saturday. While I won't eat awful, I feel like it's kind of a waste to not enjoy your birthday somewhat at least. So if this is the lowest I am over the next three days, I am pretty happy.

Well, I guess its time to write the final write up of this challenge.

First, the final graph



I am pretty happy with the final outcome of this. Almost 30lbs in 90 days and almost all of it was from diet alone, after the first month anyway. My logging really slacked there in the final weeks, but my diet didn't. I have gotten plenty of compliments and shock at how much I lost in 90 days, which always makes you feel good.

The photos shoot, which was the reason for this whole challenge, went pretty well, it was actually more fun than I thought it would be. Despite the whole waiting around almost 2 hours for the "bride" to be ready. The extent of me getting ready was putting on my outfit and getting my hair done. Took a solid 15 minutes. I don't have any of the photos, so when I get them I will post a couple of them.

Final totals and measurements:

Weight:
Beginning - 242
Final - 213.3

Chest:
Beginning - 44.5
Final - 43

Waist:
Beginning - 40.6
Final - 38.4

Hips:
Beginning - 43
Finale - 39.6

Not sure I measured those all correctly, but I did measure them all at the same spot, so you can still see the drop in inches.

Now that this is over, I am taking a couple days off and then I will start a new log. This was never about starting a lifestyle change, or anything, it was about slimming down quite a bit in 90 days for a photo shoot. My next log will be about getting into a better routine and something I can continue for long term success. So thanks for those people who followed along, those who gave advice, whether I listened to it or not, but your attempted help was appreciated it anyway. So once again, thanks, and I personally consider this log a great success!
