did squats for the first time ever on Jan 19th... tonight i did 3x5x225 @ 170 bw

i feel like my progress is about to stall very hard tho :x

If you stuff enough chicken carcasses into a pot and cook them with some herbs and veggies, you will end up with a broth I would consider food.

The stuff you buy in the store is just chicken flavored water. Useful, yes. Food, no.

Yeah. I'm unaware any variant of broth contains that many calories in density. Considering it is basically dog**** protein, some carbs, and ideally no fat.

What you are talking about I would call stock and agree about the rest though anything that got to over 50 calories/cup would probably be more a soup (food) than stock (not food).

I think I'm going to see what the maximum weight I can unrack and briefly unlock my knees under is and claim that as my new Squat PR.

If only there was a way to fake deadlifts.

Of course you are correct, a quick Google confirms that stock is made from bones + meat while broth is made from only meat. I always get them confused because broth sounds like a more hearty liquid to me.

hungover but the water seems to have been disconnected in my flat. no idea why. if it doesnt get sorted out soon im gonna have to brush my teeth in beer. and i really dont want to have to do a poop that i cant flush.

The last week for me consisted of some awesome GPP work:

Dig a large hole on the beach

Many reps of 12oz down to 0 oz can curls followed by aluminum crushing for grip work
