sure beats the **** out of peeling them, and they still taste great

the skin is alright, but eating it with a spoon is indeed the optimal solution. takes maybe 2 seconds to cut it in half i mean come on . . .

deadlift pr 340x5. also pred bench 215x1 on accident.

im proly done lifting for awhile.

Here are some good squat form fails IMO. The woman who posted it was just as bad (after this guy was bragging about her squatting 245 for 5, I HAD to see that... I figured i was either going to be really turned on or I would see something like this, sadly it was the latter).

In his defense, the dude has lost a TON of weight. But... I just can't believe how you can post squat videos like this and not get crazy flamed.

Down 11.8 lbs in the first two weeks of biggest loser at work. 6.6 lbs the first week, 5.2 lbs the second week. I'm hoping I can keep a pace of 4-5 lbs per week for the next 10 weeks.
