I have hit a deer with my car before it was pretty destructive. Well it was actually my x-gf's mom's car. Oops.

I don't recommend it to anyone

Poor people are given food stamps and food stamps cannot be used for hot food. From what I understand, obtaining food stamps as an illegal is not difficult.

That whole section of Food, Inc. made my head hurt. After the second or third blatant contradiction I just checked out and waited for the nutty farmer to reappear. I had no idea what the point of the fast food aside was.

There are too many 8s in this thread title for my liking.

A bunch of photos i took when I went kangaroo shooting for a few weeks. It was pretty much the hardest thing I've ever done. Out from sunset to mid morning. Slept under a tree.

Killing roos is pretty easy once you find them. You'd come across a mob (group) and just pick the first 4 off. Then the 5th would sprint away.... About 20m. And just stop and look around.

Shooting a gun is pretty boring. ESP when you're using a sight.

Thats why you accelerate through the deer, ldo. Hitting the breaks lowers the front end of the car and you end up with a deer in you face.

Shooting guns is fun. Granted I've only gone shooting on a range and have never been hunting. Not because I care about killing Bambi's mother, just because I would be bored to tears sitting in a tree waiting for some deer to show up. Too many deer around and since people seem to generally be opposed to letting wild wolves and mountain lions run around in their neighborhoods, someone has to get rid of them.

After doing a WOD today at my box I spent some time screwing around and seeing how high a box I could jump onto. Hit 51", failed at 53". DT was kind enough to film my attempts.

Had a sleep day yesterday. Got up at 4:30 pm after staying up till 6 am, so now I'm planning on going to the gym earrrly after staying up all night. Tried this once before with disastrous results. Its a tough call but I think getting the workout in before another nights sleep is gonna be the play here.

I dunno wtf is wrong with me I feel like a girl. I've been so moody lately. All my emotions are super strong and change all the time like my hormones are freaking out or something. Very out of character for me. And now that I think about it, it's pretty much just alternating between pure rage and being extremely elated.

I have to figure out what's causing this so I can get it to stop.

You've lost tons of weights and are eating very little right?

I know when i don't eat for like 5 hours i go in full on rage mode.

Never hit a moose, but I almost hit a cow that had gotten loose and was out in the road one time. I slammed on my breaks and stopped about 3 feet in front of it, while it just kind of stared at me and then walked off.

They also suck while on a caloric deficit. I had to go way down on volume.

ETA: They claim to follow the main site, which sucks, but then they take out all the strength work. Most of the intelligentsia favors adding more strength work than main site, not less. Its ******ed. Doing metcons to get better at metcons is probably the worst way to get gooder at fagcon. Getting really strong has a ton of benefits including getting better at cardiotarding.

another question, say I've got a 12 oz uncooked hunk of ny strip. If i'm counting calories on Fitday, how many ounces should I subtract (if any) after cooking etc? I've read 25% but that seems like a lot
