I've been posting like a crackhead itt. I think it's because I'm all hopped up on sour patch watermelon candy. But, now it's 11am here which means it's time to go get drunk at the local Mexican restaurant with the rest of the local businessmen pretending to be at work and play liars dice for big money instead. BRING YO DOLLA BILLS YO!

In the summer, we'd make makeshift luges and go down a huge hill at 2 AM where there may or may not have been traffic.

In retrospect, this was really stupid and I can't believe I didn't seriously injure myself.

somehow my backsquat went up 30lbs since the last time i did them....

there was frontsquatting, dls and rackpulls in the interim.

haven't lifted since last monday due to illness...still feeling overall weak. probably not 100% recovered. just do what i did last week to get back into things?

no real rule, I'd attempt your normal workout and if its a no go finish with last weeks. iirc you're still really early in the process, you can probably get away with just plowing ahead

you can just warm up and see how you feel. if you feel great then just go up in weight. if you are unsure then start at your old weight (or a tad below) and if it feels good just add more the next set.

I've been such a fat piece of **** lately. I've been to the gym maybe twice since Feb. huge lack of motivation :/

waking up early enough to prepare and eat a breakfast has been a goal of mine for months now. I set my alarm extra early all the time, but never, ever get up. Lately I've even been showering at night so I can sleep until the last possible second. My hair is nappy and long so it always looks lol terrible in the morning when I don't shower, and my coworkers have been making fun of me Maybe I'm depressed or something, but I've been there before and don't feel that way at all.

bla bla whahh

and now the weather is changing, so I'm beating myself up for not taking advantage of the dark months here. i need a hugz

indeed i am, i haven't ruled out that SS will be the next thing i do in the gym though. i was sold a long time ago on it's effectiveness but just haven't done it.

i'm definitely vain though and my primary motivation is outward appearance over massive strength.

gimme a little time, i'm comin to grips with the fact that i'm a 170lb weakling haha

ETA: In case anyone is interested in knowing my new workout attire. When I choose to go clothed I now wear jockey shorts where I pull the leg up and the waistband down. Its not quite a Pisarenko, but it serves the purpose for now.
