The main thing is you are supposed to cut volume by 1/3rd, so either 2 worksets MWF, or 3 worksets MF.
As for the whole PC/row/DL thing just do whatever you want, the important point is your recovery will be greatly inhibited. So don't overdo it. Definitely don't DL twice in a week imo.
In my experience on a PSMF you should just pray you don't lose much strength rather than try to make gains.
