I feel like Broz is much more suited to teach about Gambling/Life than Sklansky:

"When the dark times pass then you feel better mentally - except for the 'floating pain'"

lolol @ the alpaca routinely eating it on small waves

I wanna try some 1RM maxes on the squat and press (and maaaybe bench, although I hates it, hates it I say!) before I start trimming down to 90s weak again. Ok to do both in one session or split it up? Press would go first since otherwise I would be 1RMing the bar from doing squats.

I have found I haven't had trouble testing a 1RM and then completing the work sets, but then again I wasn't super close to my genetic potential or anything and my 1RMs were higher than I thought making my work sets somewhat disproportionately low.

I'd be pretty effin disappointed if I were close to my genetic potential, so press and squat 1RMs lined up for the very last workout before the cutz0rzing start then, thanks.

Contrary to idiotic reporters' beliefs, the Mariners are not replacing weight training with nonsense. As I figured, the reporter in question has no idea what "weight training" is, or rather, equates "weight training" with "leg extensions."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bsd_9zW3MyE

As you can see in the video, they have tons of cable pulleys to train hip rotation, but they also have three power cages and a DB rack. Dur hur. Dr. Marcus Elliot talks a lot about leg strength (zomg squats) and thoracic extension.

In short, they hired a bunch of non-idiots. This is likely the first case of this happening in the MLB. Or possibly even professional sports.

On CF's forum they pretty much rip that guy to shreds.

Link to original article?

Also doesn't James Smith and Buddy Morris train the same football team?

How does Rip always refer to Lyle previously and say he is familiar and agrees with his work, then now changes to this new guy when he is clearly pretty diametrically opposed to Lyle's views?

Because JOHNNY PAIN provides me laughs.

Who's playin' NL50 with me? IDENTIFY YOURSELF!

Probably me soon. Need to get back at the pokers and I have decimated my BR with withdrawals this year.

It's ok, he's gone now, I scared him off with my lagdragon.
