Man I had a crazy day yesterday. It involved losing $700 gambling, drinking tequila shots and Dos Equis beer, a fight, the cops being called, arm wrestling (my arm is still killing me) all before noon.

Moral of the story: Don't f arm wrestle.

one of the few times i did early morning drinking it involved tequila by 10am....

at 1pm my best friend had to be restrained from pummeling me, i was out of my mind.

f drinking in the morning, the days are too long and my ability to handle massive booze too low

If there's one thing to takeaway from Smily and me on this forum, it's don't ****ing arm wrestle.

Yeah I didn't want to but my buddy was hammered and wanted to bet $50 on me against the big drunk businessman. I would have bet against myself fwiw.

I don't plan on arm wrestling (sober at least, then I can make good decisions) ever again.

Any stories I missed about you guys arm wrestling?

I don't think I've ever been defeated.

Game selection ldo.

Lol, obv. I'm really weak as it is, and upper body strength has never been my thing. And this plus I couldn't beat him because he's got that tough old guy strength. Like, I outlift my dad on all the SS lifts but me arm wrestling him would lololol insta-fail for me.

Well I'm heading for Reno again in about an hour and though I'll be doing some gambling, that actually is only my second priority while I'm there. I'll probably come and lurk here for a minute or two here and there, but I'm not going to post anything.

I think I'm going to make another video for H+F for my 3k post. I have a few ideas narrowed down that range from meh to mediocre. Hopefully I can come up with sumfin cool.

This is crossfit-taught revisionist history, like "Oh yes, all my BW AMRAP snatches after the 1500m row were with perfect form."

Ah... right.

The first line of DNP's wikipedia entry is also pretty clear-cut:

Science is so cool.
Also

can't cut and paste but the middle paragraph is awesome

Pretty great, but they are definitely overstating it when they say just "therapeutic doses" were used. Crazy **** like they were talking about doesn't happen unless you take too much of the drug or are on it for far too long (the latter is most likely).

It's decent, obviously not as good as the real thing, but better then nothing... I have been using it a few months.

Quick Q:

So those electronic scales that measure bodyfat, etc... So they're not really reliable, but are they reliable enough that you can measure a change?

i.e You measure yourself and it says you are X% bf. You measure yourself every month and the trend is downward, after 12 months can you say: I don't know what %BF I have, but I have lost X% - Y% in the last 12 months.

I used it and I liked it. To get the maximum effect, let it dry on your hands without rubbing them together much. I.e. just spread the liquid over your hands then let it dry. It is pretty sticky though, so you'll have trouble washing it off. And when it gets on some material (like the handles of your bicycle), it's hard to get off of there too. And it certainly isn't a mess like "real" chalk. I think I'll use it again when I've used up my chalk.
