I think nycballer would look like a joke in a line up of many of the posters here.

That is almost no one's goal. Why would it be strange?

not really, since most people give up pretty fast (either the log or working out). It's also not weird that most people bulk in the winter and cut before summer, and few SS logs here have lasted that long. And a lot of people here aren't interested in cutting down to low BF %.

Lol at bragging about a 1.2x Bench when being tiny

My workset is 1.5ish and I relatively large legs for a tiny kid.

Smiley please change the title to something non terrible. Like take out the 8s, take out some of the *, capitalise the v and take out the (2).

thx

I think you'll eventually see me in the 12-15% bf range, and I'm guessing I started in the high 20s, maybe even in the 30s. I've never measured, though.

You don't see many hit 10% because it's really low, hard to get to, and unnecessary for the majority of folks.

You're way out of touch. The vast majority of men want to look lean.

edit: 10% might be off but having a 6 pack is probably at the top for most men.

Kedu,

wtf are you talking about? Having 10% bf is trivial. Just don't eat.

no one in the forum fool

What has this got to do with the fact that almost no one with a log on here has this as a goal? It is not at all unsurprising many people aren't achieving what they aren't trying to achieve.

Also you are wrong, especially lol at the 6 pack comment. HAWT ABZ

So... You agree that people need LBM to look gooder... So why would they diet first then gain weight? I'm confused.

so stop questioning peoples authority on the basis that they have not achieved things they are not trying to achieve.

I never said diet first. I said fat-fatter(bulk)-10%

So to attempt to get the thread on track... I just tied Tabatas for the first time. 12.5kg dumbell thrusters...

**** me this **** is hard!!! 4 minutes and now I'm completely dead. Want to incorporate into my SS/Rugby routine.

Mon - SS
Tues - Tabata
Thur - SS
Sat - Rugby

Would Wednesday be better for tabata for any reason?

How long has this forum been around? How old are the logs you're checking? Why would you ever use a beginner log to check for an "end goal" as you see it?

I was enjoying the first thread.
<---- Disappointed
03-02-2010 , 07:59 PM
wow you guys are so pathetic for locking the last thread and banning nycballer from this one- because when someone likes curls they're a joke, but when someone likes curls and asks for specifics about why they shouldn't like curls and press the issue, you guys become insecure and defensive children all the way up to normally calm and rational people like anklebreaker and smiley.

Probalby not as when you initially do them, depending on what exercises, you will have some pretty significant DOMS...
