so after a few tries I havent been able to get pass the 16-20 cycle(3rd try) , hasnt helped that last month Ive gained a few pounds*(7-10) while not going at it with discipline, lost motivation tbh. Been going back and forth on the 16-20 cycle but last days become tougher and form starts getting ****ty. so yeah fail
plan is to keep going at it and will try to increase them to at least 30, so gonna call it quits on the challenge and do it a bit more informal and just for my self. The bars are there but Ive neglected other aspects because of trying to increase repetitions.
aesthetically Ive gained a bit of muscle so challenge wasnt a total waste, but bf still 14-16 . Will probably revive the CAlisthenics log and keep posting regular workouts. But one thing is for sure, Im stronger than when I started the challenge
