You'd think I would have figured it out before I was 67.
It's impossible for me to totally eliminate sugar and still enjoy life (gotta have ice cream nd an occasional dessert) but I'm trying to reduce my intake.

I came down with something late in the week which really effected my breathing. Skipped curls on Saturday. Feeling a little better today.
