I went with ZERO carbs from Friday the 9th though today. I weighed 185 today which is the target. I want to try to stay between 180 & 185 as opposed to between 190 & 195. Today has been a carb orgy with Father's Day. One of my daughters got me a salt bagel w/cream cheese for breakfast (I only ate half) and my other daughter made me a German Chocolate Cheesecake (restaurant quality!) which I had for dessert after lunch at a BBQ place. I'll have some carbs this week (I have to finish the cheesecake
) but I'll try to keep it manageable.
I was on a down week for DL's but we'll see this week if losing weight and limiting carbs will result in less strength. I felt a little drained yesterday and curls were a struggle.
