The keg kicked my ass this week but other than that I felt pretty good.
Taking my first vacation of more than a week in so long that I can't remember starting this Thursday. I'm going to Ireland and England for 10 days. I'm going to see if I can figure out a way to at least do something physical while I'm gone. At the very least I can do push ups and burpees. It will be interesting to see how much I regress in a week and a half.
