Hey KC. Pretty funny, I just checked out your log before I came to post in mine. Interesting suff with the KB's and swimming.
My weight loss has stemmed mainly from stressing out over selling my business and not eating as much. Not exactly a regimen I would recommend. I'm actively trying to gain some wieght back. I just didn't feel right and the strength loss on DL's was alarming. I'm thinking the sweet spot for me is probably 185-190 where I can maintain strength and take some pressure off my knee. We'll see.

Deload week on DL's. I'll recalibrate for a new cycle starting tomorrow. Going to dial it back a bit and see if I can ramp it back up again.
