Re: 3x3

10/11 TB DL 230x5; 260x5; 3 @ 285x5 Weight: 181

10/12 DB push ups: 5x10 Weight: 181

10/13 Goblet squat: 5 @ 95x10 Weight: 182
EZ curl: 3 @ 65x10

10/14 Keg clean & press: 7,7,7,7,7 Weight: 180

10/15 TB DL: 230x5; 265x5; 300x8 Weight: 180

10/16 1 arm DB row: 5 @ 75x10 Weight: 180

I finally saw some drop off in reps since losing weight. I only got 8 reps @ 300 on TB DL's Friday after getting 10 reps at the same weight 3 weeks ago. I wonder if it's possible to gain weight without gaining fat at the ripe old age of 65. My knee does feel better but I don't like losing strength. To gain or not to gain.

10/18 TB DL: 230x5; 260x3; 290x3; 5 @ 320x3 Weight: 180

10/19 DB push ups: 5x10 Weight: 180

10/20 Goblet squat: 5 @ 95x10; Curl: 3 @ 65x10 Weight: 180

10/21 Keg clean & press: 8,7,7,7,7 Weight: 181

10/22 TB DL: 230x5; 250x3; 285x3; 320x4 Weight: 179

10/23 1 arm DB row: 5 @ 75x10 Weight: 179

179 is what I weighed senior year in HS. I actually feel too skinny. The TB deads feel heavy as hell. I've definitely lost some strength. I'm going to go on a creatine cycle and try to gain more muscle than fat. Let's see how it goes.
