TY. It's not as easy as it looks.
As for the weight loss, I didn't intentionally do it. It was more a function of less appetite (perhaps due to aging) and a lot of stress in my business (not good for overall health, I know). Now that I'm around 190 I wouldn't mind getting down to 185 but I'm not going to do anything special to get there. I'm on my feet for up to 50 hours a week at work so toting less weight around really helps my knees.
