Thanks. Actually took me about 2' years. Whole civilizations have been built in less time. I was able to do 210 in Dec '08 but that was at about 220 body weight. Screwed up my shoulder right after that and it has been a long road since then.

Got in a Sunday WO because I'm leaving for Vegas tomorrow for 4 days and I didn't want to miss too much. This way I'll only miss Wednesday's WO.
Push press: 95x5; 135x3; 165x2; 180x3; 180x3.
Front squat: 95x5; 135x3; 165x1; 8@195x1
Bent over barbell row: 135x5; 155x3; 175x1; 190x1; 200x1; 210x1; 220x1
Weighted incline sit ups: 90# 8,6. I realized today that I've been doing the wrong weight on these for the last 2 WO's. No wonder they felt so ****ing hard last week.
