Weight: 197. Missed on the CG's. Have to reset again. I've hit the wall on these. Not sure what to do other than reset for now. I have a vacation coming up at the end of the month so maybe I'll change things up after I get back.
Weight: 199. Woke up with a stiff lower back. Just couldn't get loose at the gym so I didn't even try squats with 235x5. I barely got 3@235 on Friday so I'm pretty sure I wasn't going to get 5 today even if I felt great. I'll reset these.
Weight: 200. Surprised I didn't weigh more. Based on how much I ate I thought for sure I'd be at around 205...1st day back so I just wanted to get the blood flowing and not overdo it. Plus I tweaked my back a little right before I left for the gym. Nothing serious but I didn't want to push it too much.
