Yeah, I've used the rack before when I was using bands or benching off the pins. It was just a dumb ass move on my part. Should have had a spotter even if I thought I didn't need one.
Squats are coming back. PP's are in a holding pattern. CG's were progressing nicely but I've slid back lately. My shoulder issues could be impacting these. That or I'm finally starting to lose the battle with Father Time.

Weight: 204. Off to San Antonio for 5 days tomorrow. I'm going to take the whole week off from the gym. Back on Cinco de Mayo.
