CG BP: 115x5; 135x3; 155x1; 175x1; 195x1; 205x1; 215x1; 225x1; 180x8. 215 was tough so I had a spotter for 225. I really didn't think I'd get it but it went up easier than 215. Having a lift off definitely helps plus maybe a little adrenaline from the fear of failure.

TYVM. re. CGBP...I think that was when I was just getting back into benching. Due to my jacked up shoulder I didn't bench at all for a long time and then started doing CG's once a week, if that.
