The pain in my shoulder is back to the point where it hurts to raise my left arm laterally away from my body. Even on DL's I can feel some pain from the downward pressure of the weight. I haven't done any overhead stuff or rows in 5 months yet my shoulder isn't getting any better. I'm at the point where I'm considering a cortisone shot in the shoulder. I'm going to talk to my doc this week.
