Feeling reenergize to just grind this diet out. Living situation is stressful living with former drug addicts and it's stressful but feeling reenergize d because I think a few of them should be leaving soon.
No walk today kind of chilly so didn't get tuna but going tomorrow for it and some milk. The closest store to me doesn't have low-fat milk so have to get whole milk. Prob having a cheese egg omelet in am with toast. Looking forward to that.
First time I felt hunger pangs at night. So had a cheese sandwich about 250cals. I think from eating the burger and pizza this am. My sis bought me the mcdons yesterday so putting into today's cals when I saw her and the pizza my roommate gave me but hopefully it's from that because I've been pretty satisfied eating wise with hunger issues. Tomorrow it's to cold to go to store(no car) so going to have pasta twice and a three egg cheese omelet for bf with toast. Cited.
Going to weigh in tomorrow. Pretty sure last time I weighed in I was 236.5 with sneakers and a light jacket on. Still trying for one pound a week so 234.5 with same sneakers and jacket is the goal.
Lost 4 lbs since last weight in on 17th so ahead of my goals of only one pound a week. Weighed 230lbs on empty stomach. So down 8-10 lbs. Can't wait till I'm 215lbs that's my goal rn. Once I get to 215 I want to start jogging. Than when I get to 195lbs I want to up my protein and start working out. Haven't been under 200 in like 13 years so unsure what I'm gonna look like. But I know I'm weak so once I get to 195 want to workout and get to like 170 or so maybe even 165. Would hopefully have a 6 pack or flat stomach at 170. All I'm looking for really is a flat stomach and to do workout and run fourx a week so don't have to go crazy with food but would like to once in a flat stomach situation and starting to look built would like to be able to take it up a notch and get ripped that's the option I want to have. Where it would take long maybe six months of going hard to get six pack or even less 3 months unsure since never had a six pack but was close to having a flat stomach at one point. Was always pretty fat.
Haa.. ty. There only 75cals a price and satisfy sweet tooth. I lost it in the higher stakes games. Gotta stick to consistency with my roll next month like with diet.
Yes your right loco. Haaa.. I'm just trying to accomplish something so taking it easy once I'm a few months in I'll start warming up. I'm on limited income so it's a little hard and living with roommates but in a few months I'll have more permanent housing and will be able to focus more. But so outta shape and been years since was healthy so just like said trying to accomplish anything with health. I think like in 3 years I should be at my goal so year one I take it as I'm just getting fat off slowly. I kind of want to start working out at 195lbs 35 lbs away. I think that's a good weight to see results while dieting. At 563/4 I think I want to be a lean 185lbs to 195lns 6pack. As long as I'm consistent you know.
Deposited $25 cuz what the heck and had another good session poker wise made 500bbs which might of been enough should've been enough for me to grind .10/.20 but I like starting fresh so waiting to save up $1,500 for 75 buyins at .10/.20 plo. Gotta grind at my diet for next couple months...
Yeah I've been craving a nice meal. Like steak or fish with potatoes a salad.. sounds so good. Think I'm going to add extra olive oil to my pasta sauce tomorrow it'll make it taste more indulgent. Lol
Legumes are pretty cheap and so is ground beef. Legumes are the king of foods.
The spaghetti you can go lighter on the pasta and add huge meat balls. Or a meatacular meat sauce.
Chili is always a good option, beef or turkey.
Roasted potatoes cheap and filling as fack. I love raw sweet baby carrots. So stuffed after a small bag, no joke. And bananas are also cheap as ****. And filling as ****. No human in the history of mankind has overeaten bananas. How is that possible? Too filling.
The cereal at least you can go kashi protein cereal and add blackberries (pricey but not as pricey as blueberries). Maybe learn how to make acai bowls at home and blend in whey protein. Also Greek yogurt. Hit gym. Now we talking, that's what pros do.
I never heard of anybody keeping the weight off eating as much as cereal, pasta, and bread as you. Not filling enough.
Your days need to look more like everyday of the rest of your life. And that's starting to cut off some of those refined carbs, little by little.
Today I had a double meat sub with tons of veggies. A chili from wendys and a grilled chicken sandwich. And a bowl from Chipotle (I am on the road). I am so stuffed I can barely walk. Sure it was 2500 calories but also ran a shietload.
Alan Aragon is about to release his new book. Should definitely get that. He has good article on Google called the dirt on clean eating. Read that and you are on your way to pro and a lifetime of health and fitness.
Thanks Loco really appreciate the reply. Next time I got shopping I'll buy some beans and brown rice and chicken chili stuff to get me going make a big pot of it. Also bananas def. Great suggestion. I could eat chicken chili every day instead of the pasta maybe but some low call sour cream and cheese on top. I need to get tubberware to store it but should be able to make a load of it when I go shopping next. Thanks for egging me on truly appreciate it. I have low testosterone (not from anabolics) but from a testicle injury I had about 10 years ago so I was kind of like who cares about protein I can't build muscle with basically non existent t levels. But I HAVE to get to the docs for my testosterone meds my insurance has been giving me problems so couldn't go but thanks you like said egging me on to get back on my testosterone and start eating better for muscle and prob do so workouts. I think I may do Pilates instead of lifting heavy and if I got to gym do like 15/50 reps workouts with weights my body I feel takes to that better now than going heavy. Well thanks again. GB
