Add another half RB w mayo. Unsure of cals for the sandwich I think maybe 375 for bread 300 for mayo and 300 for RB. I figured it at 1200 for whole thing. Also unsure of cals in slice of pizza. 600? I guess at about 2,500 cals for today. Had Tootsie pop, I think 3 cookies and some coffee and low cal energy drinks. can't wait to make pasta for tomorrow. That and a big hamburger and not walking or don't plan on it. No a cheese burger with onions. About 1000 cals and then a plate of pasta. Trying to not drink coffee. Gave my coffee away to roommate.

Add another small bowl of cereal and a rice cake and lollipop. 500cals.

First day over 2500 cals since started it's been fairly good so far although just walking and only a little bit over.
Highly recommend Tootsie pops for a sweet urge and low cal. They're delicious. Rice cakes are ok but I think there better for people at 1500 to 2000 cals for some reason. Might get again but not a staple. I think Tootsie pops are going to be a staple on my diet. Also eggs kind of aren't that filling and they are a good amount of cals. Used pam spraybit I could eat at least 4 eggs so maybe when or if I start working out. I remember eating like crazy when I was. I kind of want to be as lean as possible though not to big maybe around like I think I mentioned earlier in this 180lbs seems like a good weight. Not super skinny but want to work on my core and trunk more. The stabalizing muscles that give great posture. That's my main goal with lifting or will be. Kind of getting the itch back but just going slow want to definitely get to 195 lbs before I start lifting. Just for mental reasons like getting off to a good start before I go harder with the diet. But again 2500 cals seems great so if I take longer to get their it's ok I got alot of days left so it's a lifelong thing.

Have my cals set out for the day. Was cruising with staying under 2,500 cals till yesterday but just going to 3,000 cals really controlled my hunger today so will do a 3,000 calorie refeed every 10 days just to stay on course.

-Cereal 250 cals

-meatsauce 90percent lean meat
1,400 cals

-two lollipops 120

Might have a bowl of cereal later a bigger one than normal to bring my cals to 2,200. Will add on if I do.

Also it looks like I lost some weight haven't weighed in yet. Though I was 235lbs but might of been closer to 245lbs. Hoping I'm 230lbs by April 1st. But would still be happy if I'm 235. Think there's a good chance I'll be 235.. looking forward to my first weigh in.

At my height around 5'7 I think 175 lbs and lean is a good goal. Would love to be benching 315 at 170-175lbs. Unsure if I want to workout much though. Maybe 160-165 is a better goal of just running a few times a week and doing bw exercises a few times a week again unsure how I'll look but main first part of goal is to be 200 once I'm at 200 I feel that's a respectable weight in my eyes and will only be about 20 or 30 pounds from my goal. Thankful I'm not to overweight but was getting there if I continued eating habits that I was. Want to add tuna fish to my diet. I love tuna fish with pickles and could eat it everyday for lunch. That with low-fat mayo should only be about 550-650 cals. I ad garlic powder pepper to it. Delicious. Will buy next time I go shopping.

Add cereal and two rice cakes to that so say 2350 for the day.

Can't wait to make an egg omelet with cheese and turkey tomorrow am and toast. Probably making turkey marinated cutlets with rice or mashed potatoes. Also thinking of joining air force I'm 37 39 is cutoff date. Need to get earbuds for when I start to run next month. Good night

My first hurdle in my diet is today. I had about 3500 cals yesterday.( Clam sauce pasta and big bowl cereal) last night not added on. Usually in poker I play out of my bankroll same or similar rather feeling today. Gotta just get through it. Only had a pbnj sandwich on wheat today so tops 500cals. Only way to eat another thousand cals to get to 1500 for the day. Will probably make rest of clam sauce with pasta. Anyone who like Jay sauce just sauteed garlic or onion or both in some olive oil and add a lil sauce to it and simmer on high for couple mins comes out delicious like restaurant quick and easy gonna wait till 6 to eat. Walked a few miles today and played a little basketball.

Two weeks in feels like I lost some weight but it feels good being at <2500 cals for the day. Feels like I could handle that calorie restriction for the long term. Was having heart pains but they've went away.

Anybody know how much healthy fat cals from like natty pb and olive oil I should be consuming at 2,500 cal mark? Thanks

Really going to try hard to not go over two thousand I mean 2500 tomorrow so will be at 3000 1500 3000 2500 for prior four days that's on pace with my 2500 cal goal.

Pretty good day. I'm pretty good cook specially at making pasta. Since I'm living with others it's kind of hard to make own sauce so I've just been sauteing garlic fresh in olive oil before adding a ladle of jarred sauce but it tastes really good the sauce in a fry pan is ready sooner than the spaghetti is done. I add a good amount of Parm and then transfer my helping of pasta to the sauce with the Parm. It's amalgamates??? Real good today was best with a chicken sausage link added to the fry pan. I'm kind of getting the itch to get in real good shape like I used to be. Not great but if you seen prior post was pretty strong and could run one lap in 57 seconds at over 200lbs. And the forty in 4.9 seconds. Could touch rim at 5'6. Extremely thankful to not be hit bad with craving and been relatively good staying at about 2,500 cals so think next step is running but I've read walking burns about same amount of calories so unsure if I want to run. Maybe still walk my 3 miles and than run / walk 3 miles till I could run 3 miles in about 30mins that's a good start. I have low testosterone so need replacement therapy for it. I have to get to the doctor for my meds but once I'm on it for a solid month I'll start working out again.

Hi, you stated that you're scared of diabetes but didn't specify why. Just wanted to say that you're consuming a lot of carbohydrates, and that's the quickest route to becoming a type 2 diabetic, assuming you are genetically prone to that disease. Does it run in your family, or have you been diagnosed as prediabetic? Disclosure, I'm 62 years old and just got diagnosed last September. Diabetes runs in my family, but my diet definitely played a role.

I'm scared of it yes but don't really understand it. I'm going to doctor this month to see if I can prediabetic. I want to eat healthy not overload on protein so hopefully I could still eat this way.

Have the doctor give you an A1C test. Normal A1C is about 4.6 to 5.4 , prediabetic is 5.7 to 6.4, anything above 6.5 is considered diabetes.
