Chili, eggs and tuna fish sandwiches and cereal for dessert at nights going to be my diet and yogurts.

Meal 1 Three eggs, slice toast, yogurt and banana.
500 cals

Meal 2 Tuna sandwich with pickle 500 cals

Meal 3 chili brown rice chicken beans and low cal sour cream and low cal cheese 1,200 cals worth

Snack cereal with banana 300 cals

Total 2,500 cals. About 115 grams protein.

Am walk or jog 3 miles
Pm bw pilates type exercises

I may wait till 215lbs or if my insurance gets back maybe sooner. Kind of want to do 3 months of stuff before I get to exercises and protein stuff. I remember it's so hard to get adequate amounts of protein and keep cals low to cut. But maybe tuna on wheat with our mayo use low cal Italian dressing, than chicken chili with no rice extra chicken, than eggs for bf with cereal. My budget is tight but just thinking I'd like to get in at least 150 grms protein and keep it under 2500 cals. Kind of want to wait till in better housing and down to 215 before making exercise a priority now I'm just enjoying walking but I'll get there starting to vaguely remember how good it feels to be healthy. It helps everything in life bc subconsciously we are worried about dying so when taking care of health allows you to focus better on next most important things like money for shelter and basic necessities. Thanks to anybody reading. Preciateit.

Yeah that potential every day diet looks a lot better. That's how pros eat, occasionally have dessert also. But it takes time to gravitate to that. Best way is to slowly eliminate donk food, like refined carbs. Pay attention to what people buy at the gas station, that's close to 100% donk food. Avoid that. YTF and MLYLT love pizza and muffins from the gas station. YTF is dead. MLYLT needed gastric bypass and is still pushing 200lbs.

It has to be filling and you have to enjoy it. It's going to take some work to find affordable good tasting food. I heard the Greg Doucette recipe book is good. I mostly agree with everything that guy says, it's almost like he took my personal views and brought it to YouTube, including the ranting. It's like wtf, been doing that for over a decade here.

I wouldn't do pilates, the research says its fake. I would do full body pump and swole, stuff you enjoy. Maybe light hiking in the outdoors.

How you said not do pilates really made me switch my thinking. I'm thinking 10-25 reps once I start again. So thanks for that. I look into that book and see his YouTube. That's funny lol. I think chicken breasts are ok price wise and beans tomatoes so I like how I make it so going to try that for eating for my dinners instead of pasta. Lunch will prob be tuna sandwich and bf eggs and toast. Hopefully I'll be at like 210 by June or July and will start working out again than so will add protein shakes to the mix. I kind of want to start now but know I shouldn't push it to much because I gotta get the ball rolling as I haven't worked out in over ten years. But again thanks. Preciate it Loco.

I could eat an omelette or scrambled eggs on toast every day for the rest of my life and be happy.

In fact...since you're asking...if I had to choose the same nutrition to consumer every day from here on in, it would be

3 eggs scrambled, one piece of toast

chicken breast with raw salad veggies plus nuts & oil

steak/ground beef and a baked potato plus side salad

mid am and mid pm snack of an apple, a slice of cheese and a few nuts

I bought the first iteration of Doucette's book. I am not a fan of it.

Every recipe features some form of highly processed food (protein powder, PB2, fibre powder, guar gum, xanthan gum, artificial sweetener etc.) This is not an issue per se; however it's just not to my taste. So I pretty much never cook anything from it. I prefer cooking stuff from scratch, with plenty of fruit and veg.

Thanks so much for replies. I love food but like wrath said 3 eggs with toast I feel that way to about it. It just stinks having to get in 1gm protein around when working out. If I could fit in 500cals of pasta (2.5 servings for dinner) plus two tb spoons olive oil for the sauce(250cals) than I'm fine eating whatever else during the day. That's 750 cals from daily total with no protein. Rest of day with chicken/eggs/protein powder just might be close actually that should work.. one pound of chicken breast every day (850 cals) pasta (1000cals) well .. I could probably get 175 grams protein per 2500 cals. I could eat chili made without oil with the chicken for lunch and dinner and just eat my spaghetti eod. I could handle that. I really only like to eat spaghetti cereal eggs and like sandwiches. Thanks again guys you guys help me alot. Well I think maybe July I'll start working out and change my diet up. But relieved I know my meals now and how I'll do it than so.. preciate it.

I deposited basically my last $50 and ran $20 into $217 which out of last maybe 15 sessions I won over a thousand bbs 3 times at .10/.20 I just tbh found out I could get into section 8 housing and I wanted to play to buy a house so my drive int there anymore. I get SSI each month so if I get into section 8 I could have my own apartment and don't need much just tv and video games plus working out so I'm kind of like f it why even play. Without a drive or something to play I'll always lose even though I'm a pretty skilled plo player. I won at .10/.20 2250 bbs the other day in a five hour session across two tables subtract the twenty dollar buyin. Went into higher games and than today one thousand bbs and lost it because stress no motivation (bought a switch) so like not sure of the point anymore if with section eight I'll have an apartment, video games tv and I'll workout so if I meet a girl she'll be same as me values wise. Idk sorry for the rant. Gnight

I was moved into another house.. I have to wait to play poker the hardest I could untill I feel comfortable with housing. Worked up a 900 bb session. Last 4 times I played I've rolled up over 1000 bb rolls 2000 twice. But I am stressed and need to feel comfortable with things because I want to grind all day I feel ready but God is good I'm thankful for a place to stay.

I don't strive for a bigger body, but I want my body to be athletic. After the holidays, I always weigh myself at https://www.vont.com/product/smart-s...-weight-scale/ to see how much extra weight I have gained. If I cross the threshold, I go on a diet and work out more actively in the gym.

I don't think this statement is accurate. You've already redeposited several times just in the short while you've been on this site. You ask about bankroll management books, but there isn't any because it's literally such a simple part of the game.

Deposit $20, and literally play PLO $0.01/0.02. Playing $0.10/0.20 is 100BB which is 1 buyin. That's honestly just dumb. Nobody in their right mind would think a 1 buyin bankroll is going to get you anywhere.

I can deposit $20 on any site, and will never have to redeposit. That is what a "pretty skilled player" really does. Not to pump my own tires, but I have not reloaded on a site in over 15 years. That's part of being a good player.

If you are giving yourself the label of skilled when you aren't, it's just going to make it harder for you to come to terms with the reality.

That reality is: you are bad at bankroll management, but you don't change that because if you went busto in games you were properly rolled for, you'd have to admit to yourself that you aren't so skilled.

I'd suggest you try to find a coach, or find some players on here to study with. Worst case, you meet some cool people who also love the games you play. GL

I am a skilled card player. I don't know what to tell you but I've won over a thousand bbs in a session about 5 times in the last ten times I've played and lost it in higher stakes. One time was 2000 bbs. I just play higher stakes and aren't patient enough to grind low stakes like I want due to housing. Honestly I feel very comfortable at plo200/500 I lost 10k in two hours at plo $1000 and had housing problems but I'm ready to grind lowest stakes thank God because once I'm comfortable in my housing I could move up in a month. I got a pretty good idea of the games so like said very thankful but unsure if I have the drive to make money as I won't need much of it if I get accepted into section 8. (I was really really excited to start grinding to buy a house) but once I'm settled I think I'll play just because I really like cards and will just save. I only played about ten days total last two months and in sessions on those days just to clarify I rolled up thousand at least bb rolls in $20 games on half those days but lost it in higher stakes. I'm really just excited to know I could make money playing cards so excited I really don't know what to do.

I'm at point where I know I'm a skilled card player and it's relaxing because I liked cards so much. Just have to be patient I think I'm redepositing once I'm in better housing but may next month. I'll have enough for a real roll at the lower stakes but I refuse to play uncomfortably so want to try to wait where I'm better situated.

This is something skilled players do; it's what fish do.
If you are actually beating the lower stakes games, email the site and ban yourself from playing the higher stakes where you are clearly getting destroyed.

You feel comfortable there? Meaning what? Comfortable with your 2 buyin bankroll? It makes no sense.

Anyone who keeps depositing without ever getting to cash out is a fish. Prove to yourself that you can actually beat the games you have a bankroll for. Otherwise, you're just going to get stuck in the same rut where you believe you're a crusher despite all the evidence being to the contrary.
