240lbs to 165lbs in 365 days

In stable housing and decided to become a vegetarian. Weight is back to 235 or so. Goal is to get to 165lbs. Not worry about weight lifting or exercise beyond walking.

Parmesan isn't technically vegetarian as it has stomach acid from a cow but it passes for me.

Depositing a nice bankroll next month will start a poker goals thread most probably. Been broke for awhile plus not playing my best but looking forward to that changing with the relaxation an ample br for microstakes brings. 40% rb modest goals to start. Will most probably be in Vegas by January playing arias 1/2 plo game. Can't wait to relax there and feel free. Gotta grind though. (About 1k to 12k is my bankroll goal)
Possibility I might not go and look to buy a cheap house with an FHA loan as my living situation is def. Still not the best. Unsure if I want to mainly play online or live. I'd say it's about 75% to %25 either I go to Vegas or look to buy a house once I hit my bankroll goal.

I'm done with poker. I just don't like it. Even if I win I'm taking someone's money that idk if they need or not. I love the concept but dislike the form. Going to workout again once I hit 190 two to four months

Gonna check in every sat. Night and just say if staying under 2500 cals was a success or not. Sunday is a cheat day. Stood under 2000 calories since last checked in everyday. I got a before pic up so when I reach 165 I'll post an after hopefully in years time.

Unsuccessful. Although positive is a might be implementing intermittent fasting in future. Maybe going to about 4000 cals one day then the next eating about one thousand. 4000 is a pretty good cheat day so having ng that was n my bad of diet trucks when the cravings get to much for me is good. Gb
