Trainings going well. Moving to 2 a day sessions to get ready for spending some time in Cambodia, Thailand come May.
So far my routine is as follows.
Mornings
Monday. Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves
Tuesday. Back, lats, biceps, calves
Wednesday squat, legs, calves
Thursday. Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves
Friday. Back, lats, biceps, calves, deadlift, legs
Rest
Rest
20 minute run and long stretch in afternoons. Will start putting some numbers up to challenge myself soon. My numbers will be crap, haven’t trained properly in 12 years
