these strips are an excellent product IMHO
they work by the adhesive gently pulling your nostrils open wider so you have a greater and more fluent intake of air while you're sleeping
your nose has to be clean and dry - no oil - or they won't stick
they've improved the quality of my sleep quite a bit
the increased intake of oxygen may have other benefits
