I also do cricket ball on upper body. scaps laying on ground. pecs/outside of shoulder (like delt/upper bicept or something) against the wall. I also do that barbell into the trap thing.

And it all feels "good" like getting a massage good, but I never feel like I'm working on a sore spot or anything...

sometimes i do cricket ball into glutes too.

I have a cheap pair of knee sleeves and a pair of Titans. The Titans are very expensive ($60), but they're very nice, good quality.

I'm all about the BBB RDLs. I haven't read your thread to closely but I think I subconsciously groked your program cuz its pretty much my plan. Cept I'm gonna rdl on squat day and front squat on dl day. Incline dbs for both press and bench.

This assumes I even lift.

I ain't impressed by the BBB RDL's. I am impressed you can handle the DOMS.

But that **** ain't that hard. I usually do 3x10 dimel deadlifts after 4x10 deadlifts and the dimels feel like a joke. Like I went from sprinting to sitting on the couch.

There is something to be said about the energy expanded from picking up heavy weights, OFF the floor. RDL cuts off half the ROM of the deadlift AND eliminates picking up off the floor.

Having said that, they are probably pretty good for hypertrophy in the hamstrings. Hamstrings seem to be a pretty hard muscle to hit with a variety of exercises. Might as well slam them to oblivion with the RDLs. Thumbs up for the hypertrophy. Sideways thumb for everything else.

4x10 DLs is prob hard, but Snitch actually DLs man weight with way higher intensity before RDLing. Also after front squats. Dead tie imo. Maybe even advantage Snitch

Man I stopped tracking calories for two weeks and I quickly gained 4 pounds. WTF?!!!

Doubt it was any muscle since I have been hitting up the smith machine pretty hard. Thought it was better than nothing. I think it's close. Thank the lords I now have access to Lafitness. Two squat racks. Back in the game.
