Jim Wendler, the creator of the lifting program 5/3/1, which itself is the progenitor of Snitch/3/1. They're similar, except on Snitch/3/1, your lifts are always the same and you total 400 lbs more than loco.

but in case it isn't obvious by now, loco never follows through with any "challenges" he proposes... so the chances are very, very low.

I'll be in Brazil sometime in the next 2 years, so maybe then, but I'm sure he'll come up with some other excuses by then.

I mean, he was in my timezone a couple of months ago and didn't have the commitment then, so I don't see what will change over the next two years (other than him being even older and more crippled).

Decided to get back to my roots and try some lbbs fiaves. Feels equally as uncomfortable as hbbs. So I've got that going for me, which is nice.

Also, that press was as close to a 1RM as it gets and in the range of 5-10lbs from my all time wr.
