Unbelievable night of fights! Still cannot believe Rose managed the upset, that was possibly the must unpredictable result ever. Even people who were calling for the upset surely never thought she'd out strike Joanna and knock her out. She looked so scared right before the fight too, when Buffer was reading her name and stuff her hand was shaking bad.

Think the Cody and TJ fight could have went either way, like Cormier said if they run the fight multiple times it likely goes differently every time.

Good to see the GOAT back! He didn't look his absolute best which was to be expected but he looked great. Wonder who he is going to get next.

Can confirm this is true in Canada at least. Live in Vancouver. Always go to my local to watch UFC and its usually pretty empty. Figured it would be fuller than usual tonight so showed up an hour before the main card and it was already full. Called up 4 other bars in the area and they had sold all their tables so I ended up buying the ppv at my place

- All three title fights were amazing.
- Namajunas. Wow. Don't have a problem with the tap since JJ was done & the ref should have stopped the fight a few seconds earlier.
- Does JJ get/want an immediate rematch? Five defences merits an immediate rematch. What's the line on a rematch? This felt different that Serra-GSP.
- Cruz beats TJ for the title, then loses it to Garbrandt again?
- M.E was lots of fun. GSP looked awesome for a 36 year old stepping up in weight after four years out but ... through the best part of three rounds he was in an even fight with a gatekeeper level opponent, and was an underdog ~30 seconds before the finish.
- GSP (likely) stepping down to 170 reinforces what a joke it was to pimp the MW title out to gimmick fights for 18 months. 155 title is pimped out for a gimmick boxing bout, 145 title was pimped out for gimmick 170 and 155 title fights for a year, HW never gets defended, LHW is a mess although that's less of UFC's fault. GSP should vacate ASAP and fight Tyron Woodley. Whitaker v. Rockhold and have the winner of that defend the title a couple of times to relegitimise the MW belt.
- UFC giving five bonus awards was the right move but bumping OSP and Ramos down to $25k is really cheap.

Can we agree not to change thread titles until say 20 hours after the card has aired? I figured the title might change if GSP won so didn't check my subscriptions until watching the fights but waiting a few hours to avoid spoiling people since like the smart move.

I think if Bisping knocks GSP out in the 1st, "Who gives a ****, **** Michael Bisping" is still (for some) an accurate title thread :-)
