Nice! Islays are by far my favorite (although I'm not necessarily always in the mood for one).
Coincidentally was at Total Wine today and was torn between the Port Charlotte, Springbank 10 and the Uigeadail. Went with the Oogie in the end; go with what you know you love I guess.
Personally I'd go Ardbeg~~>Laphroaig~~>Lagavulin. Lag seems less in your face and more along the lines of a Talisker/Oban type offering. If younger = peatier, I guess that might be the extra 6 years toning the peat down a bit?
Never tried Bowmore/Caol Ila/Bunna. Still have yet to try a Bruichladdi, though they seem to get universally rave reviews.
Also picked up a bottle of Buchanan's today for $29 and was surprised by the pleasant smoke. It's like a Johnnie Black for $10 less.
