joe lauzon vs josh thomson. i think they are very evenly matched and it should be a ****ing barnburner to end all barn burners. great scramblers, great strikers, good wrestling, good on the ground, this fight is unreal.

melvin "the thong song" guillard vs tatsuya kawajiri. both are exciting strikers and good wrestlers. guillard has looked awesome since he started training with greg jackson and kawajiri doesnt have to worry about being heelhooked. should be a pretty sick and explosive fight.

i think caught mainly has the problem with badr.

toney just fought within the past 2 months, has shown an interest to fight in the future, see 0 problem with picking him.

badr fought one time 8 years ago for 22 seconds, has shown no interest to fight mma ever again (lets not count the BS challenge he had vs overeem, he had no intention of ever fighting overeem in mma and predictably flaked out of it). yea he has been active in combat sports, but 8 years lol, its not like we can pick igor vovchanchyn or royce gracie and they have fought mma more recently than badr.

errol fought 2 years ago, that would be a little more reasonable, but does he have any intention of ever fighting again?


i dont really care either way cause i picked already so (even though i highly doubt it) conceivably i took fighters you might have used otherwise so not fully fair to you, but its a little sketchy to use badr

Also I really like Daut's card, I should have picked what I thought was the best fight available every single time instead of adding more dynamics in order to try to make my card more "interesting."

So I really wanted the top guy because I think him verse jon jones for the light heavyweight title in 2012 is gonna be sick, and for those of you who think hes just gonna be rashad 2.0 should wait and see, i think this guy is serious legit with more talent then just lay and pray. He will prove it in the next year (probably hit the top 10 by the end of 2011 imo) hard part was coming up with a matchup for him because all of his best options were gone before we even got to the undercard so I decided to go with a versatile guy whose been in with the best of the best (losses to prime chuck, fedor, more recently a prime mousasi and wins over shogun and chael sonnen) who is capable of being a problem for Davis standing or on the ground.


So with that I end my card with the best prospect in mma, such a steal imo
