if i'm stipe and i have to watch brock ****ing lesnar get a title shot before i get my rematch i am definitely going to start killing people. this is a disgrace

i mean presumably if stipe won he was going to get the same deal, so maybe that makes it harder to get bent out of shape about it, but it still sucks. i guess stipe gets a tune-up in a few months and waits for DC to kill brock.

HoR: yeah, I was surprised how much DC was touching stipe, peppering him with little punches.

All: DC deserves a giant payday, happy to see him face Brock with full WWE buildup.

Edit: stipe is awesome too, and this kinda sucks for him, but hey it was gonna suck for a good guy either way. Not sure if he’ll get a rematch or if it’s Brock, JJ, retirement for DC.

how do you counteract it? that's the hard part, like diving in soccer it's really hard to get effective deterrents in play.

the first one was really bad, should have been a point instead of warning, but you still get a decent edge going for it.

Love DC but that first eye poke seemed nearly intentional. I don't believe he'd actually do it, but man...looked a lot like he came up short and flicked his fingers out reflexively. That's not a good look.

Isn't brock a bad matchup for DC? Someone extremely heavy and strong who can potentially blast double leg him and can hang in the wrestling. Plus Brock has a powerful right hand.
DC's strongest move is his collar tie plus uppercut. He landed it on Stipe early and I thought it was a good sign. Do we really think he can collar tie brock?
A Brock who is coming out of retirement has to be a dog, but I think he's a bad matchup for dc.

DC just needs to avoid a bullrush (that couldnt keep Cain down, almost 10 years ago (and DC has better wrestling)) and throw some punches to make Lesnar turtle up and it is GG.

Lesnar would have a shot at Black Beat / Ngannou. Not Stipe or DC.

I don't think Lesnar has a chance at any of those HWs honestly. Dude just hates getting punched, pure and simple. Any fighter that can land a couple solid shots basically makes him give up.
