I just recently started looking into custom kicks fwiw.

Custom sneakers are sick. I actually made a post mentioning how I wanted a pair from Mache Customs (the dude that did Game's "Jesus Piece" 4's). I don't know too much about customs, either.

Only thing I dislike about running shoes is the rubber sole on the toe. Do you guys have issues with those coming apart? I used to rock Reebok Classics back in the day and I would be lucky to get a month out of them before the toe would peel apart.

Anyway, I was there because I got my Bugs Bunny 8's restored from there a couple weeks ago. I wore em for the first time today, and when I took em off I noticed the paint cracked and stuff...so I brought it back and the dude said he would redo it. Didn't need a receipt or anything, he remembered working on them so yeah. Obviously I would prefer the shoes being done the first time, but it's cool that you can just bring in stuff that wasn't done efficiently and they can redo it with no questions asked.

Idk what the resell prices are (or retail for that matter), but with sneakers like that, I'm not surprised if they're high.

Nah I knew about em getting retroed when I bought em. It's just cheaper for me to buy an '03 6/10 quality one and get em restored rather then buy the one that's coming out soon.

It's a good thing I still haven't worn my Bred 4's yet. I might just trade em for the Royal 1's when they come out...don't really have the $ to buy anything at this point lol
