How do you compress files to still get such good video quality on YouTube? I am assuming you dont upload 2GB files or something..

Thanks.

so for my 23rd powder day i went to a quaint little 1 double lift resort owned by the japanese army. 6 cars in the carpark. it was absolutely awesome. super deep, fresh untouched terrain everywhere. very unique riding experience with army dudes in outdated 80s ski gear.

after that we hiked mt chisenpuri for 90 minutes in knee deep powder in snowshoes behind 3 skiers skinning and got one of the most amazing runs in recent memory.
at the bottom you ride out to an awful smell and see this

well today was tiring but amazing. did a mushroom tour with blackdiamondtours which consists of them taking you to the spots where the pros film their movie parts.
started off the day hiking goshiki onsen to a super steep face with tons of huge features. sunny on the way up, white on the way down. i couldnt really ride this slope well due to light and the high level of commitment needed. hiked this twice.
then decided to session another area by the roadside with some nice pillows and drops. the bd guys got their saws out and trimmed some trees so our landings/runouts were sweet. hiked this 6 times.
then to finish the day we found some avalanche road barriers to drop. they were quite big drops probably 4-5 metres. we did 2 laps as the locals smiled as we got out of dodge.
awesome day.
highly recommended for those wanting something super gnarly.
tomorrow is my last day riding in niseko.
heading to tokyo for a week before hitting the main island.

Yeah tried it for an afternoon and instantly loved it. I rode my new one for a day and I just find it amazing. I'm more of a jibber but I also like small/med park jumps and some powder and although the nug isn't the best board for deep powder, it did really well on all those so I'm super happy with it. I come from a skateboarding background though so I love short boards with a lot of pop and are kind of playful.

Having that said, on powder and slopes it still performs a lot better than my old Nitro T1.

i would love a gentemstick and will probably invest in one in the future but i need a split board before that too.

I'm flying out to Keystone, skiing just 3 days with family (Sat-Mon). Anyone got good advice/experience there? What runs are really good on each mountain, namely groomers, but maybe others too if any stand out to you. This is namely Keystone, no Abasin/Vail/Breck. Ty in advance.

honshu. 80% of residents live here, 60% of landmass. the mountains are bigger here but doesnt get as much snow.
im up north on hokkaido where it is way colder and gets more snow.

regular old groomer, I guess take the main lift up and get off to the left or just ride around and find what you like. you have 3 days you'll have enough time to cover everything there.
I like the trees on the back side of the first mountain go left up into the windows as far as I can go without having to walk, and I drop in to the right. fresh snow days it's a good spot
They have Cat skiing so hit up some of the bowls if your into that, last time I took one it was $5 a ride, so bring some cash. hiking blows

If you get bored drive over to Loveland pass, you can just hitch hike up and ride back down.
