turns out when you let men fight women the men win.

I came out of this supremely unimpressed with cyborg.

two 48-47s LMAO thats a robbery in itself
12-31-2017 , 02:05 AM
48-47 seems insane. anyway w/e
12-31-2017 , 02:06 AM
i think giving holly rounds 1 and 2 is defensible
12-31-2017 , 02:09 AM
If you value control then I could see Holly winning 1 and 2 just b/c she controlled in the clinch for awhile, but I think that was more Cyborg's gameplan to just chill in the clinch and not waste energy. It's not like Holly was even trying to do anything with it.

I thought the NYE cards are usually epic? Felt like we were missing an elite title bout and another Cowboy type fighter on the card.

I also notice Buffer didn't even announce "sold out" before saying the venue so probably interest in the card was pretty low.

I don't think this new, more cautious Cyborg is gonna be much of a draw at all and it will probably be tough to even come up with compelling opponents anyway.

WMG should book Tony Ferguson fighting for the full title at UFC 222 (Mar 4, Vegas). Offer the bout to McGregor, if he rejects it promote Ferguson to full champion and book him v. Khabib.
