Yep, its the outer two fingers. The burning sensation was worse than the numbness for me. Certain textures like coarse cloth felt like fire on those fingers. I couldn't even take off my socks with my right hand for a few days.

It does improve my posture at the poker table, because I will never be able to lean on the table with by elbows again.

Since it was hyperextended the first time, anyone with elbow issues knew it was time to tap then. Hindsight is not needed just a competent corner.

Mir has better stand up than Cain imo. I don't know why people think Cain is such a beast on his feet. Every time he has faced a good striker he has been lit up. He got lit up by Cheick Kongo for crying out loud.

I still think Cain is big favorite over Mir.

Ah yeah. I forgot the shooting burning sensation FOLLOWED by the numbness.

Come to think of it I dinged my right elbow as such in high school. The tingling and numbness went away eventually and I never thought twice. Guess it just healed up on it's own

ya i had the same thing but mine just started going numb and would go away then come back and eventually came back for good. i had a surgery to fix it and they moved the nerve out of the elbow. was able to regain most of the strength in hand

lol I like how you tear down this guys encounter because the other guy was drunk whereas the guy you fought was in a completely different dimension on salvia when you played the hero

Cain did not get lit up by Kongo. Kongo just landed two decent punches the entire fight in which Cain immediately recovered from and took Kongo down.

Getting lit up on the feet is more like what happened to Mir against Big Nog in his last fight. Fight was nearly stopped and easily could have been.

It's close, but I'd definitely give Cain the striking edge due to speed and a better chin/recovery. Also better technique combinations.

I tear down the encounter for several reasons, being drunk is just one of them. He was also clearly mentally ill & clearly an out of shape tard. Also he was around the same size as Ryan.

Not sure if you've ever done psychadelics, but going into uber rage mode is not exactly a disadvantage for someone.

Being sloppily drunk to the point of barely being able to keep your balance is much, much more of a disadvantage than going into uber rage mode from salvia if that's even a disadvantage at all. If you aren't a trained fighter who might not use his training in rage mode, then it's actually probably an advantage.

My story doesn't really have any significance though, and is just that, a story. Point was video is not a great demonstration of how BJJ can be effective in street fights. Pretty sure if Ryan had never trained a day in his life he could of probably handled that guy anyways if let's say he just worked out at a normal gym instead of actual trained.

Me on the other hand would of been murderized by the strong as an ox war veteran who had about 25 pounds on me and was in murder mode had it not been for brahzeaaaaaalll chiu chitus.

Mir gas out early from what I've seen (2 fights).
03-16-2012 , 06:51 PM
lol clearly mentally ill. Not the guy of sound mind and body who is destroyed on salvia.
03-16-2012 , 07:12 PM
Whatever, still better than beating up someone smashed and mentally ill on top of looking like a weakling.

Never done salvia or gone rage mode... but in general from what I've heard going hard core rage mode on drugs gives you lots of advantages for fighting.

No fear/crazy high adrenaline. Sort of like humans lifting cars up when like their baby is trapped under it kind of thing.

Super ******ed argument anyways. Ryan beats up drunk ******s and I beat up people who are in another dimension. Whatever.

Let's talk about things actually relevant to MMA for once >.<
03-16-2012 , 07:17 PM
For example.

Nothings been announced, but I'm pretty confident it's the fight that's gonna be made since it's the only fight that makes sense for both of them.

How do people see Shogoon vs Bader going.
03-16-2012 , 07:18 PM
bader gets crushed . or shogun comes in out of shape and gets wrassle raped .

Rampage is on the SDS right now going off on everyone including Randy Couture. Said Randy talks to much and that's why he got his teeth kicked out. Said old man Couture picked against him vs. everyone and it got old when he picked Hammil to beat Rampage. This is why Rampage stopped wearing Affliction.

Rampage said he will smack Rich Franklin and Chael Sonnen when he sees them. Said that street fighting has no rules, and the only time he ever lost his temper in a fight was vs. Arona and he could have killed him. Not scared of Chael's wrestling. Talked about whipping Hendo, said Hendo is a monster when he's not running his mouth.

Said he has to swallow his pride to leave the UFC cause there's fighters he wants to fight. I want to fight Stephan Bonner, I want to rematch Rashad, and I want to fight Chael Sonnen if he's running his ****sucker too.

Said he might fight Kimbo too. Do a trilogy. One boxing match, a MMA fight, and then a Jiu-Jitsu match.

Also said he will join WWE most likely. His is why he started wrestling in the first place.

Rampage said he has wrote a movie about MMA and a music song about Doggystyle.

Said will go to King of the Cage or Bellator.

Rampage will write a book that's bigger than the Bible. (more pages)

He underestimated Forrest, barely trained for him.

Talking TRT now.

Listen to SDS .. Rampage is being crazy.

He has got to have some sort of mental illness. Jesus.
03-16-2012 , 09:04 PM
Pretty sure Ryan Hall could take him then.

Do dvr recordings count towards ratings? Cant see many skipping march madness to watch tuf live, seems like poor planning.

this injury was the death knell of a famous motocross rider's career.

it was on his throttle hand iirc and he was never nearly the same- since precise throttle control is utmost in competitive mx.

he basically experienced a loss of delicate hand control.....not sure of the severity of tate's injury comparatively tho

an yeahhh dogsy, big rig vs kos is the comain for ufc on fox 3? u didn't know?

so i just watched tuf , and i thought the whole purpose of the live aspect was that the audience would be able to pick the fights ...but i guess thats not the case . would have been a much cooler idea if they had done that .

and yeah , friday is an awful day for TUF.
