ESPN's MMA Live will be having a weigh-in special Friday.

Its either on @ 330pm EST or 630pmEST. MMA Live host Jon Anik said 630pmEST but the graphic they put up on screen said 330pmEST. So one or the other. Also ESPNNEWS will be airing this as well according to MMA Live.

Thanks. I ended up getting 2 off craigslist at 850$ each in section 122 (seat map) which seemed reasonable to me (but I have no clue).

On that map I had seats that were around 119 on the front row and still couldnt see much and just watched the big screens for most of the fights. Especially if the fight went to the ground.

is virgin and sky the same service though? i don't think it is (at least not to my knowledge). this is a deal for sky customers only i think. virgin users will have to watch on uk.ufc.com

UFC welterweight Anthony Johnson (7-2) is facing misdemeanor charges for an alleged altercation with an ex-girlfriend on June 27.

These charges are completely outside the realm of Mr. Johnson’s character; he has no prior criminal record and has never been in trouble with the law.”

Weigh-ins just wrapped up:

Everyone made weight

Stephan Bonnar looked pretty cut (mild surprise), Thiago Alves looked really cut (no surprise), and Frank Mir looked absolutely shredded. So much so that he made Joe Rogan say, "Whoa" in the background.

Every stare down was pretty friendly with the exception of the Mir-Lesnar one.

i think mir actually cuts some water weight before weigh-ins just to look better even when he is nowhere near the 265 limit

If I were single and going to be half-naked in front of millions of people/women...

I'm in shock - Betus.com, which has been consistently the worse choice money line-wise, is actually better than Bodog on every fight i care to bet on. Just amazing.

For anyone that hasn't been to the official UFC website yet, they've really outdone themselves, definitely worth checking it out.
