@BeaucoupFish:
do you think that you get tired more easily when you sit in this kind of "relaxing" posture?
If you're concentrating, I don't think you'd doze off unless you chose to. You could def move the chair all the way back to Space Shuttle Launch position and take a comfortable nap if you wanted, though! I just can't sit for long enough to do that.
I'm looking for a chair/recliner to put in my living room for grinding this summer. If someone posts something spectacular that I end up buying i'll ship $10 on full tilt. Thanks for the help.
I'm also just about to buy a Mirra. I tried a good few chairs out and the Aeron and Mirra were much better than everything else for me and I could tell almost no difference between the 2 of them although the Mirra is a good bit cheaper. Will report back once I have it in a few days and have had some time to try it out.
Solves any issues you have with your chair rolling too freely. I've got 2 set to locked and three unlocked, which gives me the perfect balance of rolling easily when I want but not moving when I don't want it to.
kutty; while both herman miller and steelcase are excellent brands, its hard to recommend specific chairs. It is definitely worth your time going to a place you can try as many out as possible.
I received my herman miller Mirra today and it was certainly a great purchase.
Best chair imo would be a car seat modified with a rolling adjustable base. I've seen a few people on the internet create their own from junkyards, but I don't understand why they don't make these.
